Issued by Anthropic to Abraham Durrant for scoping, deploying, configuring, and running Claude Code engagements.
Verify on Credly →A Claude initiative should solve a real problem: help developers deliver, make business work less repetitive, or give people better access to useful knowledge. We start with that outcome, then work through the architecture, testing, permissions, and adoption needed to make it dependable.
Our Claude practice brings senior software development expertise to AI implementation: architecture, identity, integration, testing, and change management. We work from your business problem and build around the systems, controls, and people already in place.
“We design solutions that scale with your teams and keep your admins sane.”Avaratak operating principle
Do the Atlassian stack, do it at a senior level, and do it for the long haul. No juniors, no bench, no bureaucracy.
Recognized by Atlassian. Validation that governance-led, full-lifecycle delivery holds up to the standard the ecosystem sets.
Avaratak joins Anthropic's partner program and opens the Claude practice, under the same rules as everything else we sell.
From 500-user governance overhauls to Claude in production, delivered with upfront pricing and the occasional dry joke.
Three commitments that show up in every Claude engagement.
No one-size-fits-all rollout. We listen, diagnose, and build to your culture and capacity, with runbooks your team can own after we leave.
Every engagement is delivered by expert senior consultants with extensive software development experience. You work directly with the people designing, building, and supporting your solution.
Upfront pricing, measured results, and a stubborn focus on what still works under next year's load and next quarter's model.
Avaratak is a member of the Claude Partner Network. Our Claude practice focuses on AI adoption, software development, agents, governance, and training. Our Atlassian Solution Partner services are a separate consulting practice.
On the Claude practice, security, pricing, and the boring-but-important details of working with us. Anything missing, ask on the call.
Avaratak is a member of the Claude Partner Network. We help organizations evaluate, adopt, build with, and govern Claude. Your engagement is delivered by expert senior consultants with extensive software development experience, with responsibilities and scope agreed upfront.
Readiness assessments, Claude Code rollouts for engineering teams, enterprise deployment and governance, custom agents, MCP integrations to business applications and internal systems, evaluation and security reviews, workflow design, and training. Everything is listed with a starting price on the pricing page. We do not build models, and we do not sell a platform of our own.
They are two independent consulting practices within Avaratak. You can engage our Claude specialists for strategy, adoption, development, evaluation, governance, or training without using any Atlassian products. Atlassian consulting is available separately; an integration between the two is simply an option when a project calls for it.
Into your own Anthropic account, under your agreement with Anthropic. We work inside your tenant with named accounts and never route your data through tooling of our own. Whether Claude Enterprise, Team, or the API is the right home depends on your data classification, and the readiness assessment settles that before anything is connected.
The least that gets the job done. Assessments often need read access and a look at your admin configuration. Deployments, integrations, and agent builds need admin on the relevant systems. We work within your onboarding requirements, use named accounts so every change is attributable, and expect access to be revoked when the engagement closes. If your security team wants a written access justification, ask for it.
No. You contract with Anthropic, or through your cloud provider, directly. We help you size the plan and the seat count, and we will say so when the smaller plan is the honest answer. Our fees are for the work, so there is no incentive to sell you more Claude than you need.
Expert senior consultants with extensive software development experience deliver the work. The senior consultant who scopes your engagement stays involved through delivery, bringing architecture, integration, testing, and governance expertise. You know who is assigned before you sign and work with that person directly.
That describes most of our engagements. Internal teams rarely need replacing. They need a second opinion on an architecture, air cover for a security decision, or a specialist for the thing they have not done before. We transfer knowledge as we go and document what we build, because a team that can maintain the work is a client who calls us about interesting problems rather than ones we created.
Yes. A second opinion on a Claude rollout plan, a review of an agent someone else built, a half day of office hours for a team that just got seats. Small work gets the same treatment as large work: written scope, fixed fee wherever we can define one, senior consultant. Sometimes the deliverable is a short memo telling you to change three things and leave the rest alone.
A no-cost 30-minute discovery call, then a written scope within a week: deliverables, timeline, the named consultant, and the price. Builds, rollouts, reviews, and training run fixed fee. Advisory runs time-and-materials at one senior rate with a written not-to-exceed. Every engagement has a clear escalation path, so you know who is accountable, every day.
You hear about it before it happens, not on the invoice. When something outside the written scope surfaces, an undocumented integration, a data source nobody mentioned, a stakeholder group that appears in week three, we stop, quantify the impact, and put the options in front of you in writing. You approve a change order, defer the work, or decline it.
Book a 30-minute call or use the contact page. Bring whatever you have: a mandate to "do something with AI", a pilot that stalled, a security team with questions, an agent that misbehaves. We will listen, ask hard questions, and either propose an engagement or tell you honestly that you don't need one.
